Mid County Basketball

LEAGUE GOALS: To introduce boys and girls to basic offensive and defensive fundamentals, while fostering enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude for the game of basketball. All practices are organized by the Soquel HS coaching staff and facilitated Soquel HS and local college athletes and coaches. This format fosters relationships between the high school athletes and young people in our community, while allowing our athletes to give back to the community.

Clinic Dates

You come for the clinics at the time you signed up for.

Group 1 (Kinder-1st grade) : 9-10 am
Group 2 (1st grade-2nd grade): 10:15-11:15 am
Group 3 (2nd grade-3rd grade): 11:30-12:30 pm
Group 4 (3rd grade-4th grade): 12:45 - 1:45 pm
Group 5 (5th grade-8th grade): 2:00-3:00 pm

For Grades K-4 there will be a 20 minute practice before each game at Soquel High School (60 minutes total). You choose and sign up for a specific time/group and come each week at that time. Teams will be different each week depending on how many kids show up.

For 5th -8th grade we will offer a skills clinic which will include small sided games.
